JWST(Jack White Software & Technology) Solutions is a boutique tech consultancy founded by Jack White in 2023 as a means of aiding companies and organizations of all sizes to optimize their output and profits. Jack has an extensive background in CCaaS & Contact Center sales and will personally curate your buying process. He knows all of the tricks salespeople deploy à la  prosecutor turned defense attorney.

After years of working at the supplier level it became abundantly clear that every client has unique needs, while different suppliers have different strengths. Instead of trying to fit square pegs into round holes, Jack decided to open his own "shop" with access to endless CCaaS, UCaaS, Cyber Security & Connectivity Service providers. This allows JWST Solutions the flexibility to craft custom solutions for the rapidly changing needs of companies in the marketplace. Jack White  is an alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin('12).  Outside of work, he is an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns, San Antonio Spurs & Texas Rangers. He loves to travel &  currently resides in Austin, TX, but has lived in Germany, Italy, New York City & Miami.
